Return Policy:


Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

1. Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all products being returned for a refund, or exchange.

2. When you request for a RMA number, please have the following information available for us: Your Name, Phone Number, Product Description, Serial Number, Order Number, and your reason for returning the merchandise. Please e-mail your request to neweraimage@ymail.com

3. It is our policy that all returned cartridges must have the original seal on them for a refund. We will not accept opened items. If the cartridge is defective, we will exchange it.

4. 30-day money back/exchange guarantee is provided on all of our products (from invoiced date). For all items that are "no longer needed/wanted" "purchased wrong item", there will be a 20% restocking fee charge. For defective products, we can only exchange it for the same item.

5. Any physical damage caused by destroying, breaking or abusing the product purchased will void the warranty.

6. All merchandise being returned for a refund must be paid by the buyer. Products must be received within 14 days of the RMA number issuing date. Products should be in their original condition as when it first leaves from our shipping department and all accessories should be included such as instructions, funnel caps, gloves, bottle. Incomplete packages or missing accessories are subject to a fee.

7. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the package or invoice. Failing to do so will result in delaying the process.

8. We will not be responsible for any lost packages and/or accessories during shipping.

9. All warranties are based on original invoiced date. The seller must be notified of any Defective On Arrival (DOA) products within 14 days of the invoiced date.

10. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all shipments that are refused.

11. www.neweratoner.com warrants to the original purchaser only.

12. All items are Shipped by UPS Ground or USPS depending on what product was purchased and what the seller chooses as the shipping method. Please let us know if certain carriers don't deliver to your address. We're not responsible for lost shipments or returned shipments due to the address the customer provides.

12. All Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable.

13. Purchases with free shipping that are refused or returned will be charged the shipping costs.
